Wild Caught Scampi (Product of New Zealand) | Full 2.5 lb box ( 9 Scampi)

Found in the deep blue waters of New Zealand and flash frozen at sea for quality preservation, our New Zealand Scampi ( also known as "Cigalas" or "Lobsterettes" ) are coveted by the highest end restaurants in the world. They are pinkish white in color with reddish orange bands and a conspicuous pair of long, slim claws.
Their delicate, sweet and succulent meat is mostly found in the tail and claws. Their flesh is compared with the lobsters’, but is much more delicate. They are excellent for grilling, baking and very well suited for salads, soups, pastas and paellas.
Our New Zealand Scampi are rich in calcium, phosphorus and iron. They are an excellent source of high-quality protein and low in calories.
