MSC Certified Spiny Lobster Tails (Product of Bahamas) | 10oz - 12oz ea ( 1 Tails )

We proudly offer the world’s best Spiny Lobster Tails sourced by Marine Stewardship Council Certified fisheries.
From the warm coastal waters of the Caribbean, Bahamian fishers dive down to harvest spiny lobsters from casitas (“little houses”), which look like small tables set on the ocean floor. Lobsters are attracted to the relative protection offered by the casita but are free to move in and out without getting trapped. This sustainable method protects our lobster from been over-harvested, and the biodegradable gears used to harvest them helps protect our natural sources, making it overall good for our oceans, our health and future generations’ as well.
Our Lobster Tails are low in fat, zero carbs, high in protein, copper, selenium, a good source of zinc, vitamin E, vitamin A , vitamin B12, magnesium, calcium, iron and omega-3 fatty acids.
We love preparing our lobster tails on the grill and baked in the oven. They can be eaten as a main course, enjoyed as a sandwich filler, or added to rich dishes like pasta, potato salads, eggs Benedicts, soups and more.
