Harvested in the waters off the coast of Spain, our wild caught, day-boat octopus, is processed, cooked (with salt and bay leaf for flavoring) and flash-frozen within hours of harvest. Thanks to our fisheries' successful methods, our cooked octopus tentacles come with the quality, firmness, nutrient content and flavor only freshness can provide to your table.

Octopus may seem like the sort of thing only restaurant Chefs can cook and prepare for you; but our wild caught octopus tentacles make it so easy for you, they come fully cooked and tender. Ready to thaw, slice and serve or further prepare. Just rinse tentacles off in cold water and pat dry. You can slice them up for sashimi or nigiri, or you can season with salt, paprika and olive oil and mix with boiled sliced potatoes for the famous and delicious Pulpo a la Gallega dish. Grilling them is one of our favorite cooking methods too.

Just one serving, a single tentacle of our octopus (3oz), has about 80 calories only and a whopping amount of 18 grams of protein. Octopus is full of several key nutrients, including Iron, Vitamin B-12, Calcium, Vitamin D, more than your daily recommended amount of Selenium, plus more.
