Homemade Thai Coconut Curry Seafood Soup.

Like Australian chef David Thompson, an expert on Thai food, once said "Thai cooking is about the juggling of disparate elements to create a harmonious finish. Like a complex musical chord it's got to have a smooth surface but it doesn't matter what's happening underneath. Simplicity isn't the dictum here, at all."

Our homemade Thai Coconut Curry Seafood Soup is a light, smooth dish with juggling aromatic components and a very slight spicy edge. At the end, add chopped Thai peppers or red pepper flakes for an extra kick ;)

Easy and quick to prepare. Our Shrimp, Grouper, Salmon and green shell Mussels, make this soup so delicious and nutritious! 

In hot pan, add 2 tbsp of butter and 1 large sliced leeks. Let it cook for 1 minute

Serve in plate and crush black pepper on top. Sprinkle crushed roasted peanuts or cashews, chopped scallions and cilantro.

Serves 4.
