Homemade Chilean Sea Bass. Strike Your Fancy!

Chilean Sea Bass is one of the most sought-after fish amongst high end restaurants' chefs in the world.
But don’t let that intimidate you, look at our homemade @seatodoor Chilean Sea bass Fillets today! IT’S SO EASY AND OH.. SO GOOD!! Strike your fancy and make it at home! Here Is How: 👩🏼‍🍳🤩🐟📝Take your SEA2DOOR Chilean Sea Bass out of the freezer. If in a hurry like me, place your individually vacuum-packed fillets in sink with running water (it will thaw within 15min)Once fillets thaw, remove from bag and on a plate, gently pat dry each fillet well with paper towel, do not wash fish. Season fillets with salt on both sides.
On a separate deep glass container with lid, pour 6 tbsp of Miso (I used Certified Organic Shiro White Miso)and place your fillets inside. With a spoon make sure you spread miso sauce well all over them. Close container with lid and let them marinate for 2 hours in the fridge.
Preheat oven at 400F, take fish out of the fridge and remove excess Miso marinate from the fillets with your hands (excess Miso will burn while baking)
Once oven is set at 400F, place Chilean Sea Bass fillets over a silicon pad or parchment paper in an oven-safe tray and cook for 20-25min. VA VA VOOM💥💥
