You have probably heard all the buzz about veggie pasta as alternative to wheat pasta and might have tried some already. There are many options now in the market, allowing the consumer to try different ones till they find the one that best resembles their favorite pasta.
We love Cauliflower Gnocchi, because you can satisfy your carb cravings without the wheat, all while sneaking in an extra serving of veggies.
As you might have guessed, this gluten-free gnocchi has a light cauliflower taste when broiled, however, sautéing it like you are about to today, will absolutely take your tastebuds by surprise. Due to the light browning on the surface when sautéed, a nutty sweet flavor, unexpectedly, overpowers the cauliflower taste and when cooked with our SEA2DOOR 4 Star BAP Certified Atlantic Salmon skinless fillets hmmm... your left with a scrumptious match made in heaven.
We really enjoyed making this flavorful recipe at home for the whole family and we hope you love it too!
