How to cook your Branzino fillets with caramelized carrots

Easy to prepare, quick to cook, nutritious and delicious! 

Branzino, or Mediterranean Sea Bass, is an iconic fish popular in the Mediterranean cuisine. Usually roasted whole and served with lemon, our skin-on fillet is a delicious and super convenient serving portion. Known for it's delicate, mild, almost sweet flavor, the Branzino fillet is very easy and quick to make.

Place a large skillet over medium-high heat, add a tbsp of oil and place the fillet skin-side down. Cook for 3 minutes then carefully flip and cook for another 3 minutes or until desired crispy skin and serve!

Branzino makes an impressive table presentation and is extremely versatile, perfect for pan-frying, poaching, baking or braising.
